From June 11 to 14, 2026, the Ayer’s Cliff Rodeo kicks off the summer with a bang! An elite rodeo, musical performances, extreme sports, dancing and activities for the whole family: this year’s festival promises to be even better with plenty of new things on offer! As before, two types of access are available: with or without access to the rodeo stands. Here are the must-see events for a country experience full of fun in the heart of the Eastern Townships.

A new stage and three times more shows

A big western get-together, the Ayer’s Cliff Rodeo highlights country music in all its forms. This year, the site’s new set-up welcomes three times as many artists, with a new stage that will host all musical performances.

Concerts and fantastic rodeo feats mean you can dive into non-stop activities in the heart of the big festival atmosphere. The schedule will see headliners Brett Kissel and Matt Lang hit the stage. And don’t miss La Grand-Messe, tribute to Les Cowboys Fringants, Tennessee Whiskey, tribute to Chris Stapleton, David Pineau and local artists to discover.

A dose of country dancing every day

From Thursday to Sunday, show off your best country dance moves. Make your way to the Grand Stable and light up the dance floor: classes are available if you want to get started and evening dances are the perfect opportunity to put your skills to work in a friendly atmosphere.

Saturday, June 13, 2026, a real country dancing marathon takes place: the Ayer’s Cliff Rodeo opens the dance floor for 14 hours straight! Also on stage, the dance contest (sign-up required) during the day on Saturday. Let the dancers wow you with their talents!

Sunday is an affordable family day

The Ayer’s Cliff Rodeo is also a big family gathering with a host of activities for kids. Sunday, June 14, 2026 is family day — the perfect time to enjoy free admission for visitors 12 and under.

Little cowboys and cowgirls can enjoy their own Western experience with mini pedal tractors, free face painting, a small farm with cute animals to meet, and of course the morning treasure hunt. A stop-in at the Family Place is another must-do for the fun inflatable games and a chance to bounce on the Euro Bungee trampoline — new this year for added adrenaline!
