From July 30 to August 4, 2024, immerse yourself in the spellbinding atmosphere of the Innu Nikamu Festival in Mani-utenam, near Sept-Îles in the Côte Nord region. Considered one of the largest Indigenous music festivals in North America, Innu Nikamu - which means "to sing in the Innu language" - brings together artists from various Indigenous nations as well as and non-Indigenous musicians. This festival, which is alcohol-free, is a unique summer event that offers festival-goers the chance to discover Indigenous music and art as well as international artists.

Take a trip down memory lane for the 40th anniversary

On August 2, get ready to dance and let your hair down at the show by British pop singer Samantha Fox, known for her hit song Touch Me.

At the closing show on August 4, listen to the unmistakeable husky voice and exceptional guitar playing of renowned Canadian rocker Bryan Adams, known for classics like Summer of 69 and Run to you.

Other big names will be joining the lineup, including Elisapie, a talented and outspoken Inuk artist, who will be performing on July 31. Follow Innu Nikamu on Facebook to find out more about the full program.

More music for more great memories

For this 40th edition, a second stage will be set up in addition to the usual main stage. This new feature will add an extra dimension to your experience at Innu Nikamu, allowing you to discover even more artists from diverse backgrounds. With no downtime between performances, you'll enjoy a more immersive and dynamic musical experience, whether you're dancing, tapping your feet, feeling the beat or discovering exciting new performers.

A festival for the whole family

Innu Nikamu is also great fun for children, who can go to the festival for free. There will be bouncy games, playground structures, talent shows and all kinds of entertainers on site in the special youth area open during all six days of the festival. A mouth-watering picnic will also be served, with special meals for children. An unforgettable family experience awaits you!
