CTMA Ferry provides regular ferry service between Souris, Prince Edward Island and the Îles de la Madeleine. The Madeleine, which provides this service, can accommodate 750 passengers and more than 200 vehicles. This five-hour crossing constitutes the main entryway to the Îles de la Madeleine archipelago. Every year, the CTMA Ferry makes about 300 trips, carrying a total of more than 100,000 passengers and 41,000 vehicles.
