The Marlain Chocolatier boutique was established in 1985 by Marlain Jean-Philippe, Chef, Master Chocolatier and Confectioner. Between 1985 and 1994, Marlain won numerous medals and trophies in the pastry and confectionery competitions at the Grands Salons d'Art Culinaire du Québec. The boutique has been offering unique products since the beginning, reflecting Marlain's talents and origins. The little chocolates Marlain and Aphrodite reflect his particular ability to combine chocolate and spices. He also makes original tablets on site from beans from plantations around the world. At Easter, happy chocolate figures take pride of place.
