This family business is a vineyard, distillery, cider house, organic sugar shack and country restaurant all rolled into one. The vineyard makes its mark in the wine domain thanks to its patented technology, which aims to heat the vines during the winter season, thanks to geothermal energy. An unusual and ingenious way to grow Vinifera grape varieties in cold climates: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Gewürztraminer and Cabernet-Sauvignon. Covered bridge, vaulted barrel cellar, vat room on two levels, indoor and outdoor tasting areas, shop showcasing various products from the land, new kind of sugar shack and a country resstaurant called "Bistro sur braise" highlighting the estate's gardens and the cattle and pig farms.
