The Quebec Games Final is a multi-sport competition that brings together the best athletes in the province aged 12 to 17. At this high-level event, young representatives from all regions of Quebec compete to win top honours in their respective disciplines. A Quebec Games Final takes place in winter in even years and summer in odd years. The organization of a Final is entrusted each year to a new host environment. A Quebec Games Final is: 3,000 athletes from 19 regions of Quebec; 2,500 volunteers; 800 coaches and coaches; 400 officials; 18 mandatory sports; up to 4 optional sports; and up to 1 compulsory sport and 1 optional sport dedicated to people with disabilities.
