Patrimoine culturel Vieux-Saint-Eustache (PCVSE – Old Saint-Eustache cultural heritage) is a non-profit organization that manages three museum institutions: Moulin Légaré, Espace muséal du manoir Globensky, and Maison Chénier-Sauvé. With an interpreter as your guide, at Moulin Légaré you can tour the oldest flour mill in North America, which is driven exclusively by water power and has operated continuously since it was built in 1762. At Espace muséal du manoir Globensky, the starting point for a wide range of activities including guided walking tours, you can visit history-themed exhibitions. Église de Saint-Eustache is a must-see church where you can learn more about the Patriots’ Rebellion of 1837. Finally, you can see two permanent exhibitions at the Maison Chénier-Sauvé. PCVSE also organizes the Festival de la galette, celebrating traditional buckwheat products, on the third weekend in September.
