The Kanapeut Innu Traditional Site is a place where Innu culture comes alive. It is a place to share Innu-aitun, a culture that includes way of life and language, connection to the land, spirituality and values. It pays tribute to the elders, grandparents and parents who have preserved the land for thousands of years, right up to the present day. Everyone is invited to come and meet them to discover and learn about Innu history, in order to grow together and build a society where everyone has a place.
